RIDDLES

  RIDDLES

Riddles can be a fun and engaging way to teach students critical thinking, problem-solving, and creativity. Here's a riddle teaching activity you can use with your students:
Discussion (10 minutes): After each riddle challenge, have a little discussion with the whole class. Ask each team to share their answers and the thought process behind their solutions.Encourage constructive feedback and alternat solutions.
Example Riddle (5 minutes): Begin with an example riddle that's not too difficult to solve. After you present the riddle, ask the students to work work in group to solve it. This serves as a warm-up and shows them how to approach riddles.
This riddle teaching activity not only helps students develop problem-solving skills but also promotes teamwork and communication. It can be adapted for different age groups and can be an enjoyable addition to your teaching toolbox.

Flashcards can be displayed on a projector, mobile, or directly on paper to encourage children to find the words in it.
